🚫 Without this completed form and payment, the child will not be able to participate in the activities.
📅 Please note that there are 3 days of activities, and children must attend all 3 days, as the activities are structured sequentially over this period.
💷 Registration Fee: There is a £21 registration fee for this activity. This fee covers all 3 days of activities and all materials provided.
📧 To complete the payment, we will send the QR code once we receive your registration form.

Building Alarm Test: Every Wednesday at 11:00 AM (Please remain in the building; evacuation is not required)
First Aid & Safety Equipment Available:
o First Aid Kits
o Eye wash station
o Spill Kits
o Defibrillator (Located on the ground floor at PE Limited 2nd Reception)
Lab Safety Notice:
The lab contains items that may pose safety risks, such as:
o Batteries
o High chairs
o Small parts and tools
Please advise children to be cautious and follow all staff instructions while in the building.

All schools/representatives/guardians are required to read and understand the content of this risk assessment prior to engaging in any activities.

A signed report will be collected for each class session. This report is provided by THELAB22 on each session.
This risk assessment must also be shared with the person who will be accompanying the child on the day.
☕ Refreshments Policy
Please note:
- We DO NOT provide snacks or drinks for children – only water is available.
- Coffee and tea will be available for adults only.
- All visitors/children must bring their own snacks and drinks, which must be NUT-FREE (this includes all nuts and nut-based products).
We appreciate your support in keeping all children safe.
